ATR Transmission warranty process

Should you have a failure on an ATR Transmission product purchased at Westrans, please follow the steps below. At any point in the process, please contact Westrans if you have questions or require assistance.

1. Take your vehicle to a licensed service centre, where they can scan the unit for codes.
2. You are required to phone ATR Transmission technical support at 1-800-738-7267. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Original Westrans invoice number
  • Serial number of the transmission
  • Date of purchase
  • Mileage when installed
  • Mileage at failure

3. ATR will advise what steps will be taken to resolve your problem.
