PARTS WARRANTY
FOR PRODUCTS FROM ONE OF WESTRANS' SUPPLIERS:
To make a warranty claim on a product purchased at Westrans from one of our suppliers, please follow the steps below.

1. Please contact our Parts Warranty Department via Email warranty@westrans.com or call Direct Line 431-977-0601. Please note that some Warranty Claims will require on-vehicle Diagnostics. We will advise you if this applies to your warranty claim & the diagnostics form will be sent to you. Do Not remove part until advised by our Parts Warranty Department.
2. Complete the Warranty Claim Form
Complete the Warranty Claim Form. Failure to supply required information within 15 days of return may result in denial of the Warranty Claim.

Failure to complete the form in full may delay the warranty process or result in denial of the claim.
3. Submit the Warranty Claim Form
Submit the Warranty Claim Form via email to warranty@westrans.com, send in with your part or Fax 204-632-6305

4. Returning Warranty Part
All warranty claims have to be submitted within 20 days of failure.​
*IMPORTANT*
All parts containing fluid MUST BE DRAINED before returning to Westrans. If returned to Westrans containing fluid there will be a Minimum $50 fee. Examples; Transmissions, Reservoirs, Steering Gears, Compressors, Hydraulics (PTO) , Pumps, Valves, Tanks, Spray bottles, Filters etc.
